This is a great photo, it is so dramtic, bold and pwefull, the black and white suites the photo very well, but i think this would be really good in colour too, the deep tones and mooody grays and blacks really do set a good mood in this photo it has a sense of a slight darkness, like it is a dramatic city something is allways happening, the only problem i see with this photo is the border it doesnt suite the photo at all if the size was more rectangle like a tv screen the borders would suite it, maybe get rid of them or have a border all the way round, its just a suggest i dont know if you have tried it and it didnt look right but i feel it may help center the focus more on the city. The photo is well framed too it looks like you have used the rule of the thirds to frame the photo. Overall the photo is dramtic, moody and just really good the tones of the black and white suit it well, but like i said i would like to see a colour version. Keep it up
this seems so dramatic! the lighting is really good and it's got a unique perspective. there's one little thing though but it's not your fault; the path leads out of the picture and can subconsciously lead the viewer's eye out of the picture. this is something that i learnt in art recently so yeah. its a really good piece though and it instantly grabbed my attention.
